The Opportunity
Acquire two multi-tenant medical office properties located approximately 1.5 – 2.5 miles from the MUSC & Prisma Health hospital campuses, respectively. Landmark Medical Park is directly across the street to the generational Richland Mall redevelopment. This $100 million multi-phased project will include a new 120,000 SF Kroger grocery store, 500 Class-A apartments, and a 6-acre entertainment venue and public park hosting concerts, community events, and a farmer’s market.
