As a principal of Echo, Jon is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and manages the day-to-day operations for the company. Jon’s responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities, debt/equity financing, leasing, project management and asset management for Echo’s portfolio of properties.
Jon has extensive experience in real estate development, land assemblage, property acquisition, corporate real estate consultation, tenant representation, and leasing.
Prior to founding Echo Real Estate Capital, Jon served as Vice President of Development for a privately held Chicago-based development firm where his list of preferred development clients included numerous national retailers and restaurants expanding throughout the Chicagoland MSA.
Prior to that, Jon helped found a Chicago-based retail brokerage company where his list of clients included: McDonald’s USA, Dollar General, Verizon Wireless, Fifth-Third Bank, Save a Lot, Sonic, Anna’s Linens, True North Energy, Flexeon Rehabilitation, and Front Burner Restaurants.
Jon began his commercial real estate career with a retail and hotel development firm and was involved in over 30 projects comprising 8+ million square feet of commercial space.
Prior to his start in commercial real estate, Jon worked in the Indianapolis Division of Centex Homes – a Fortune 50 Production home builder based in Dallas, TX.

Jordan Silver is an accomplished real estate investor and developer with more than 14 years of experience and a demonstrated history of success across over $1 billion & 3M square feet in industrial, data center, office, retail, multi-family, and land transactions. He has been instrumental in overseeing all phases of the acquisition and development process—from land acquisition and zoning entitlements to construction management and leasing execution. His work is defined by a disciplined focus on achieving superior outcomes for investors and partners.
Jordan employs a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to each project, consistently navigating complex development challenges, securing critical approvals, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery that is on schedule and within budget. His collaborative leadership style and meticulous attention to detail foster alignment among stakeholders, municipalities, and capital partners throughout each project’s lifecycle.
Leveraging a strong background in finance, Jordan has structured and executed more than $400 million in capitalization and joint ventures, optimizing deal structures to enhance returns and mitigate risk. As Vice President at Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc. David oversees all financial analysis, due diligence and under- writing of potential projects as well as property and asset management of Echo’s portfolio of assets.
David’s career began in architecture before transitioning to real estate where his roles have included investment sales, leasing, portfolio and asset management and property redevelopment across all property types. He has spent most of his career working in private equity acquiring and repositioning real estate across the country.
During his career, David has repositioned over 1 Million SF of non-performing and under-performing properties to achieve significant returns to investors. Most recently David managed a 550,000 SF portfolio of Class A power centers located on the East and West coasts for a Chicago based family office. Prior to this, David worked in SE Florida for a private equity firm focused on commercial real estate debt and nonperforming real estate with average assets under management of nearly $100 Million.
David joined Echo in 2018 bringing over 10 years’ experience in property repositioning, management and analysis.
He is a long-time volunteer in community housing programs such as Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together.

As a development associate, Kyle is responsible for the financial analysis and due diligence of Echo’s prospective projects. Prior to joining Echo, Kyle was an analyst for a Chicago area real estate investment and management firm, where he focused on the acquisition and management of multi-family value add assets. He also spent considerable time working for a suburban Chicago family office, specializing in the redevelopment and disposition of single and multi-family assets.
Kyle graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Real Estate. While there, he was also a member of the DePaul Real Estate Club.

As a Development Associate, Charlie is responsible for the financial analysis and due diligence of Echo’s prospective projects. Prior to joining Echo, Charlie was an associate for a Chicago area real estate consulting and advisory firm, where he focused on the acquisition, management, and disposition of parking assets on behalf of institutional investors, such as Brookfield Properties, Beacon Capital, Carr Properties, Goldman Sachs, Hudson Pacific Properties, Tishman Speyer, JP Morgan, and Unico Properties.
During his time there, Charlie actively managed a portfolio of parking assets valued at over $350M and provided transaction support by underwriting office, retail, and mixed-use parking facilities valued at over $575M in first and second-tier MSAs. Additionally, he provided advisory services to determine the financial viability and design feasibility of parking assets under development and evaluated RFPs for technology installations and parking facility management on behalf of his clients.
Charlie graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment & Banking and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

As a Development Analyst, Benny is responsible for the financial analysis and due diligence of Echo’s prospective development projects. His work spans the full project lifecycle, supporting asset and property management initiatives across the firm’s existing portfolio. Benny joined the team full-time in 2026 after completing Echo’s summer internship program in 2025.
Benny graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. During his time at the Fisher College of Business, he was a member of the Finance Honors Cohort and the Fisher Real Estate Society.

Kaelin joins the Echo team and brings with her years of marketing knowledge. Kaelin’s experience ranges from national campaigns to local guerilla marketing techniques. Her expertise is in account management and enhancing social media brands.
At Echo, Kaelin develops all marketing initiatives and creative materials. With a drive to stay ahead of the curve, she is constantly looking for areas of opportunity.
Kaelin graduated from Eastern Illinois University where she took part in multiple organizations. She held the president position of the American Marketing Association as well as the fraternal honors organization, Order of Omega. Kaelin also interned with the EIU Athletic Department and helped coordinate the marketing efforts during the football, basketball and baseball seasons.

Claire enhances Echo’s versatile skill set with her strong background in real estate marketing and account management. Before joining the team, she led the creative and strategic proposal-presentation process for a corporate real estate firm.
She currently plans and implements Echo’s property marketing. Always exploring innovative, new ways to present options with focus and visual impact, she custom-designs all marketing materials, including a detailed offering memorandum. She also manages the websites, social media and e-mail campaigns for both Echo and its property listings.
