Real Estate Veteran Joins Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc.
Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc., is pleased to welcome Oliver Plotkin to their Chicago-based commercial real estate investment and development platform. Oliver brings considerable experience to Echo and will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and financing, project management, leasing and supporting other members of the Echo team in various facets of the acquisition and development process. Throughout his career Oliver has gained extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, project management, corporate tenant rollout/strategic planning, as well as landlord and tenant representation across multiple asset classes.

Prior to joining Echo in the Spring of 2021, Oliver served as founder and principal for OP Realty, Inc. where, among other projects, he assisted a national optical retailer grow to over 80 locations in roughly 8 months. Additionally, his efforts were focused on acquiring in-fill retail and mixed-use properties.
Prior to founding OP Realty, Oliver was the Vice President of Retail Properties for Klaff Realty, LP. Mr. Plotkin earned a bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
