News Release: Echo Development Group, Inc. Acquires 5 Acre Land Parcel in Colorado Springs for MOB Development

Echo Development Group, Inc. announces it has acquired land in Colorado Springs, CO with plans to develop a class-A medical office building.

The property is approximately 5 acres and is located at 2460 Research Parkway in the heart of the Briargate area of northeast Colorado Springs. The site is adjacent to a three-building medical campus anchored by the Colorado Center for Orthopedic Excellence and is within three miles of Penrose-St. Francis Medical Center, UCHealth Memorial Hospital North, and Children’s Hospital Colorado.

“This is an incredible site with tremendous development potential given the unmet demand for medical space in the market,” said Echo Development Principal Jon Boyajian. “Colorado Springs is in the same position Denver was 4 or 5 years ago – and given our proximity the surrounding medical activity, we feel great about our prospects.”

Echo Development is planning to develop a +/- 60,000 SF class-A medical building with a surgery center.
