Medical campus developers discover family, WWII connections during renovations
When Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc. purchased a two-building medical office campus in Denver’s Lowry Field neighborhood in February, the Chicago-based firm’s leaders didn’t realize how deep their ties to the development actually went.
According to Jon Boyajian, Echo principal, CBRE, which represented the former owners on the deal, highlighted historical components of the property.
